Run your filter in realtime during the smtp and reject it before you accept the message. If your machine will not do that, turn off the bays or accept and drop the message and take your lumps. When was the last time you got spam that had a real reply/from? You are bouncing spam to people that have nothing to do with it. That, using a strict defintion, makes you a spammer.
