With the help of Microsoft PSS I managed to fix the issue I was having
with my Exchange Server (after APC Powerchute 6 had stuffed up the
server, my restore made things worse and in the end a more recent System
State restore fixed the AD issues that had been created).

Now I have two servers Server1 with DC Sererv 2 with DC and Exchange.

I found the "Ed Crowley Exchange 2000 Move Server Method" on
exchangefaq.org and it seems to offer what I want (I need to remove
Server2 to be built in a different role).

ethod-/sectionID/1024

I have installed Exchange on Server1 and have patched it up to the same
level as Server2 etc. I am now down to item 11 and I have revealed the
system folders and can see how I can replicate the client created
folders (such as 'Company Contacts') by right clicking on the folder -
properties - and going to the replication tab. This is in Exchange
System Manager under the public folder store under Server2. I have
sucessfully set up replication for all the folders I can see here.

However I am looking at Exchange System Manager at the top level under
'Folders' at these folders (such as EFORMS) that don't exist under
Server2's public folder store. I can't see how to do this for all these
folders. The article mentions it must be done for EFORMS Registry,
Offline Address Book and Schedule+ Free Busy. I can't do it for the
folders themselves as there is no 'Properties' option upon
right-clicking. I can do it for the sub-folders - is that all that is
required? (There is no sub-folder for EFORMS so I can't do it at all for
that folder).

Can anyone point out where I am going wrong? Or maybe these folders are
not that critical to replicate?!

The users on this site are very basic users of email so maybe they do
not take advantage of EFORMS (whatever they may be!)

Thanks
