Sometimes it takes a long time for Outlook to change the Mailbox - <name> part. I think it is a stamp somewhere deep in the information store.

Our Help Desk created a user and spelled his last name wrong. His last name is Wall, but they spelled it Walls. Anyway, Mr. Wall opens Outlook and lo and behold, it shows "Mailbox - John Walls" instead of "Mailbox - John Wall" If I go and add his mailbox to my folder list, it displays the same, incorrect, name. He wants it to display his correct name, not the wrong one. How do I correct that? Perhaps ADSIEdit?
