Sometimes it takes a long time for Outlook to change the Mailbox - <name>
part. I think it is a stamp somewhere deep in the information store.

Subject: Mailbox display name problem

Hello, colleagues,

Exchange 2003 fully-patched. Our Help Desk created a user and spelled his
last name wrong. His last name is Wall, but they spelled it Walls.
So, they went into ADU&C and corrected the name and every place where there
was Walls they made it Wall. The Active Directory object looks just fine -
no Walls anywhere. And the GAL displays correctly - Wall, not Walls. (OK, I
can see the puns a'comin' now...)

Anyway, Mr. Wall opens Outlook and lo and behold, it shows "Mailbox - John
Walls" instead of "Mailbox - John Wall" If I go and add his mailbox to my
folder list, it displays the same, incorrect, name.

He wants it to display his correct name, not the wrong one. How do I correct
that? Perhaps ADSIEdit? If so, where do I go, because I waded around in Adsi
Edit for a while and found no John Walls, only John Wall.
