Hi all. We are moving users from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 SP1. Exchange 2003 users are reporting that when they send mail to certain external e-mail addresses, they soon receive a blank e-mail message in their own Inbox, the message has the same From, To, and Subject as the message that they just sent, but the body is blank. It also turns out that these users always request delivery receipts. So I tested it too, I sent an email with a delivery receipt request from my Exchange 2003 mailbox to one of the external e-mail addresses in question, and a few seconds later I received a blank message back.
