Subject: User disconnected after 10-20 minutes

I have a user who, every morning, gets connected to our Exchange 2003
server, using Outlook 2003, cached mode or not, and somewhere between 10 and
20 minutes later, gets disconnected. Doing a Send/Receive while she is
disconnected yields the error message "The server is not available."
Our micro support person can log onto the same computer, and gets the same
results. So, it appears to be isolated to that PC.

I realize this is more of a micro problem than a server problem, but is
there a logging level that I can increase to help troubleshoot this?
And, when this person gets locked out of Exchange, is there a way to force
Exchange to let them back in?

Thanks, folks.
