Yep I am using a HTC Harrier (US = audovox ppc6600??? ) I understood activesync on the exchnage server was on by default ? You can check if it works by connecting it to a PC via a cradle and changing the sync settings for mail etc to be via server. As a tip: for this initial testing - disable using https and just use the ip address of the exchange server. This elimiates some of the main resons why people have trouble getting it going. Once you have proved the basic things work in-house, you can then add https and accessing via the phone network. (in our hcase we use our own third party VPN software to connect the PDA to the exchaneg server, thus eliminating certificates for the https connection type.
