One way to verify would be to copy your database from the production to recovery server again and then just run the eseutil /d. the database doesn't need to be "recovered" just to do the defrag if I recall correctly.

Than when try to do an off-line defrag I get this error Operation terminated with error -1605 (Jet_errKeyDuplicate, Illegal Duplication key) after 17.225 seconds. I did some search on google and found some info that say the database is corrupted and to create a new database and then move the mailbox to the new one. Is this true or is there a way to fix this?
