You could write an event sink I suppose. Seems pretty silly since I can
read a message in a preview pane and not mark it as read.

OWA recipients on Exchange 2003. Any way to force them to always send
read receipts without them being able to change it. I know, not fair or
nice but if that is the way a supervisor wants to treat their employees
there are times when it is no my decision.
