Not sure either. I've got ADC set to run always and it didn't match up for
almost 24hrs where I was able to create other fake accounts and they sync'd
up. Oh well, It's all good now.

I don't think that tool does anything except report. I think the ADC must
have run while you were running the tool.

It didn't. Now it does though, shortly after running the ADC tools wizard
for discovering the 5.5 sites. I don't know if that really did it but since
yesterday, there were no ADC-Global-Names on this mailbox and no diabled
accounts with these attributes and the connector has been running. I did try
as you suggested below (NTDSNoMatch) and that didn't do anything either.
After running the wizard, it worked. Thanks for the reply.

Tony

Does the 5.5 mailbox have an ADC-Global-Names attribute? I'm suspicious
that what you have is a mailbox that ADC is trying to match up with a user
in Active Directory that already has its own msExchADCGlobalNames attribute
(I think that's the name--I'm doing this from memory).

If the 5.5 mailbox doesn't have an ADC-Global-Names attribute, then try
adding NTDSNoMatch to custom attribute 10 and see if a disabled user account
gets created for it. Then you can use the reconnection mechanism to
associate the mailbox with the correct user account.

Subject: One use not matched

Hi,

So after following Ed's link and removing the ADC-Global-Names attribute,
all users are matched up except for one. There are no other accounts with
this users attributes and there are no disabled accounts with this users
exchange attributes. Is there a way to sync up just the one account? I've
tried running ADC tools to see if it would find them but it didn't. I'm
thinking of deleting the 5.5 mailbox and re-creating it so it tries to match
up the Primary NT account to the active AD account. Is there another way?

Thanks in advance,
Tony
