Messages with a null sender are likely NDRs. Barring any other evidence
to the contrary you're likely not an open relay.

Secondary question: We have a bunch of email in the mail queue with no
sender. How can I make sure someone isn't using our mail server to send
spam? Unfortunately the mail queue doesn't show the subject...

How do I enable/use message tracking? I enabled it yesterday to tray and
find why some emails appear not to go through, but when I went to try
and
track messages, Exchange Administrator told me that it couldn't find the
log. Did I not do something? I know I restarted the internet mail
delivery
service yesterday afterwards...
