Layout (all servers win2k3ee & exch2k3ee):

Front-end server: fe.domain.com
Back-end Servers: be1.domain.com and be2.domain.com
All Clients: OL2k3 using RCP over HTTPS

I move all the users from be2.domain.com to be1.domain.com, remove
be2.domain.com from the exchange organization, and turn the server off.

A user who had their mailbox on be2.domain.com, who last accessed it 1 day
before I decomissioned be2.domain.com, trys to now access his mail using RPC
over HTTPS using fe.domain.com as his proxy (which is how his mail has been
configured since day 1), will the user connect and the proxy update his
mailbox server information in Outlook?

No users login to a domain, and we want to make this change seamless for
anyone that runs into the situation like this one.

Howie
