We have two users with similar names and one of these users is a new VIP who is complaining they receive e-mails addressed to the other recipient i.e. Jim Smith (Alias: Jim.Smith) is receiving e-mails from Jimmy Smith (alias: Jsmith).
The new Jim.Smith has been with us for about 3 months and Jsmith has been with us for 20 years. I believe it is an issue of the auto complete in Outlook, and I wondered how others of you handle this type of request? FYI I know how you would LIKE to handle this type of request.
