Whenever I get Russian messages, if they have Cyrillic words in the subject
line, they always show as question marks (I probably need Cyrillic code page
on the server)

The appointment's subject will probably behave the same.

It could be any language that you don't have code page for.

Acutally, the person who created it is in NY, although we do have Japanese
character set issues from time to time (to fix it just requires installing
the east asian language pack, however).
The marks usually show up as squares and stuff, though, not question marks.

I think I'm going with the "bad" appointment, theory, though.

I'm going to have them delete the message and then resend it.

Thanks for the assistance.
