I have two users that are not receiving emails from a certain email
account, turns out both were from Yahoo email accounts. These had been
getting through just fine up until a couple of weeks ago. We have
Symantec Exchange Gateway, and there are no entries at all for those
emails that did not come through. Other Yahoo emails are getting
through. One person in our office tried sending from Yahoo account and
it never came through, they tried it the next day and it came through
fine.

The first person to complain, said that they can receive the Yahoo
emails fine on another account.

Any suggestions how to troubleshoot this?
