Free/busy has nothing to do with this. Perhaps the user changed the meeting and when asked chose not to notify everyone of the change.
In any case, this is really an Outlook thing--you might get some better ideas from an Outlook list or newsgroup. Recently our Help Desk seems to be taking more and more calls where meeting requests don't appear to be behaving as you might expect, but because of fact it's being reported to me, via the help desk, from a non-technical person it's hard to be absolutely sure of the facts. An example is a call this morning, the detail I have is that one of our admin staff organised a meeting some time back and today modified the date of the meeting. Apparently she received acceptances from invitees, yet their calendars still show the original date, and if the admin looks at the meeting request in her calendar it shows that no-one has responded. I guess I'm asking in the vaguest terms possible if anyone else has had this sort of thing happen recently? I'm not sure where to look as there doesn't appear to be much that can be tweaked/configured on the Exchange side of things, and other than trying "outlook /cleanfreebusy" I'm not aware of too much on the client side. TIA for any pointers or info. Paul -- Paul Hutchings Network Administrator, MIRA Ltd.
