Subject: Wierd problem Outlook 2000, Exchange 5.5

I have ONE user who is experiencing a problem logging into Outlook. He keeps
getting "You do not have permission to log on." However, he can access his
email via exchange just fine. Other users who had that problem have had it
resolved by refreshing their IP address or netbios cache (we had multiple
power failures over the weekend at that site.) However, this one user is
still having issues. To complicate matters, he is in another NT domain,
which is completely trusted and trusting. However, other users who had that
problem are in that domain and are not having that issue. This particular
user has an account in the main domain, which is what he uses to access his
email. That is he logs in as domain2/user1 and gets his email as
domain1/user1, and domain1 and domain2 both trust each other, at least
according to the Domain UserEditor.

Wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?
        Thanks
        John
