You didn't specifically ask about it, but a prime reason we usually
discourage novices from clustering is that it definitely adds administrative
complexity.  I wouldn't recommend that anyone press an Exchange cluster into
production without gaining a lot of experience first, and without ensuring
that the administrative staff is well trained.
