We use Exmerge all the time when migrating clients who are going from
one old box to say, an SBS box. Works great. Keep
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=292509 handy.

If you want to go from just one box to another on the same wire, you
might look at the migration wizard. I've only used that for going from
GroupWise to Exchange, but I think it'll do Exchange to Exchange.

Thanks for the comeback, Pat. I haven't used ExMerge at all yet, but it
might be something worth learning. Not trying to be difficult, but do
you think ExMerge is easier to use than just mounting each mailbox in my
folder list and exporting the data? Regardless of which method I use,
I'm going to end up with a .pst file that'll need to be imported, right?

If I have an account in each forest that has Admin privs, and we're all
on the same wire, will ExMerge let me do it in one operation - even if
it's the two-step?

Luckily, this department does not use public folders at all.
