She's in the same security group as the others that can see it. It's only she that can't see some of the folders and Full Mailbox rights is what I granted that group (and yes, you're memory is correct)
However, today it is working again so I'm not sure what's happened here. I haven't changed any permissions and she wasn't locked out. Hmmmmmm. Oh well, it's fixed! I've removed the generic mailbox from her client, restarted Outlook and re-added it, didn't work. I've created a new profile, that didn't work. If I create a new outlook profile for just that generic mailbox, she can open it fine and see all folders. I've even tried starting outlook /resetfolders but to no avail. There are other users with the same rights as her and they can access all folders in the mailbox. Any ideas?
