Brett, It'll get mentioned - it does every time this kind of question pops up - make their e-mail storage limits directly related to their wallets (i.e. give them an standard size mailbox for free, and then based on business needs and $$$, they can up their mailbox to suit). Then the IS/IT team can "use" the money to cover the additional costs of larger mailboxes (backup strategy, hard disks, etc, etc, etc).
As soon as I get the chance that's what I'll be setting up in our shop. themolk. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of vex > Sent: Thursday, 19 January 2006 7:26 AM > To: Exchange Discussions > Subject: Re: Is it possible... > > John Strongosky wrote: > > John, Here is a link to Microsoft's site that talks about it. > > > > > > > http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/55/maintain/mail > > mg.msp > > x > > > A very useful tool!
