Ya, for this last round of users I moved I was told that they don't use the Public Folders. Now I need to find 100gb of disk to replicate because this one 5.5 site has no intentions in migrating anytime soon.

Now the users in Site B can't see the PF info in Site A until I get the particular folder they want to look at replicated to my server. Will this always be the case? Can't I tell me server where to look? I tied PF referrals but it doesn't seem to help. Do I have to replicate until Site A's PF's are moved onto 2003?
