I'm personally not a GoDaddy fan. Why you may ask? Well, one of my ISPs,
where my outbound e-mail server happens to sit is with Qwest. For some
reason, GoDaddy decided it would be a good Anti-Spam measure to blacklist an
entire Class B that is in Qwest's network and it effected my company. It
took months for us to get one of our customers who uses GoDaddy for e-mail
to conference us with GoDaddy to get our particular mail server whitelisted.
GoDaddy would not talk to us alone.
Anyone who decides it's a good reason to blacklist a Class B from a major
ISP to prevent spam isn't thinking very clearly.

I've been using mydomain.com for a good 6 years now on a personal
website basis, and it's been down once in that time frame. It's free

We're after full authoritative external primary DNS for around 25
domains, some are pretty much vanity domains, some get a bit of use.
I use easyDNS for our important domains and they've never let me down
(not that I know of) but they aren't the cheapest when it's not what
I'd call a mission-critical domain name.
I'm trying to find the best compromise between where I'm not "cheaping
out" but not paying more than the domain registration fees just for
the DNS :-)
Nettica looks like an option, just emailed them to ask why reverse
hosting is so pricey though.
As Martin said, I'll also try our ISP, but I don't believe it'll be
FOC as we literally use them for connectivity.
