1. Are you expecting an email from that particular person?
2. Does the subject make sense?
3. Does it contain only the type of attachment you'd expect to find in a 
business communication (.xls, .doc., .pdf, for instance)?

If the answer to any of these questions is NO, the email should be considered 
suspect.

I know that sounds snarky, overly-simplistic, and perhaps somewhat sarcastic, 
but that's the basics.  If anyone by now does not know that they should not 
open emails they weren't expecting - even from people they do know - with 
subjects like Hydrating Qualifier Tangible, and what purports to be pictures of 
nekkid ladies, then they should probably be shot.

And anyone who opens what is purportedly a picture of a nekkid lady at WORK - 
well, I'll give you three guesses what I think should be done with that 
particular class of user.
