If you don't need to take advantage of Exchange features which would
require the enterprise version of Windows there's no downside.

Good Afternoon Gents

Any downside to running Exchange Enterprise 2003 on Windows 2003 Server
Standard (Not Enterprise)?

We were going to run it on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise but we may not
have adequate licenses.

Are the differences only OS related or is the Exchange application
affected as well?

Thanks A Bunch
