Subject: Error while trying to go into Instances Tab for Offline Address B
ook

Hello All,

Thank you for taking the time to look at my post.

I am ready to delete our old Exchange 5.5 server from the site since we
have added the Exchange 2003 server to it and moved over the public folders
and users to the new server. The problem is when trying to follow the
following steps below so i can remove the first exchange server i get to the
Instances Tab in Step 3 I get the following error and the Public Folder list
shows up blank. Any Ideas what i can do ?

     Microsoft Exchange Adminsitrator
MAPI or and unspecified service provider
     ID no: 80040102-0000-00000000

Offline Address Book:
1.Choose a server in the site to contain the OAB.
2.Click the Public Information Store object, and then click Properties.
3.Click the Instances tab.
4.In the Public Folders list, click to select Offline Address Book and OAB
Version 2 (if applicable), and then click Add. This creates a replica of
these folders on the server you chose in step 1.
5.Click OK.
6.Using the Exchange Server Administrator program, click the Configuration
container, and open the properties of the DS Site Configuration object.
7.In the Offline Address Book Server list, click the server you chose in
step 1.
Schedule+ Free Busy Information and Organizational Forms

organizational forms.

in step 1.
3.Click the Public Information Store object, and then click Properties.
4.Click the Instances tab.
5.In the Public Folders list, click to select Schedule+ Free Busy
Information and Organization Forms, and then click Add. This creates a
replica of these folders on the server you chose in step 1.
6.Click OK.
