This is absolutely what I think too, and the salesman told me: "The idea
of GOexchange is preventative maintenance and we have sold it in several
instances when people have come to us with an Exchange problem we have
helped them solve and then they have gone on to protect against a
recurrence."
...Which means that buyers are frightened into buying it...! All in my
personal opinion, of course. :-)

Go exchange in my mind is the same as phone based toner salesman, and
the guys who come door to door and try to sell you 30,000$ of windows
that would cost you 3,000$ at Lowes, but the installation is somehow
free, and that price is only good right now.
