There is only one agent, but if you are running a 5.5 agent on a 2k/2k3 box it won't show you the proper store backup choice, it will only give you a Brick Level choice.
If you have a maint agreement on your BEU you should be able to get the proper serial number. In fact you may already have it, they mailed me mine with no fanfare on a certificate renewal. I called in and they referred me back to it. They were also able to give it to me over the phone.
