If I was already running GFI ME/MS. Can I running AVG with exchange on the
same server. Would there be any conflict with two products on the same
server?

Yep. And if the daily automatic updates (for the free version) aren't enough
for you, you can always run a manual check for updates. Heck, I'm almost
ready to go buy a license for the pay-for version so I can have more
frequent update checks and more features. :-)

The receiving party may make the technical data furnished available only to its 
employees, contract employees and other parties working on the program within 
the receiving party's facility and having a "need to know" with respect to said 
purpose.  In connection therewith, the parties shall advise each such employee, 
contract employee or other party of its obligations under this agreement.
