I think with Exchange 5.5 there is no way to drill deeper, like you
could with Exchange 2003.

No sweat. Chris told me to open NTBackup and look. :-) That worked. Now,
next question: When I selected the "Exchange Server" it gave me the
option
to back up the entire org, or just one of the servers, however, it
didn't
give me the opportunity to drill down past that. Is there any way to
drill
down past that? I'm going to guess that the answer is no. Hopefully my
boss
will give me the opportunity to do this... I'm really NOT comfortable
with
running our mail server without backups. :-)
