If the version of cloudmark you are using is iHateSpam, you can set the
folder names in the policy settings. Redirecting these to "Junk E-mail"
will use the existing folder. If you do this, the whitelist and
blacklist folders need to be at the root level if you want to excluded
them from any message deletion policy.

If you are not using the iHatespam version, never mind.

Subject: Specify spam folder

I have a number of Outlook 2003 clients that were using the OL anti-spam
system before we moved to Exchange 2003. When we made the move and
started using Exchange 2003's antispam system, those users had a second
spam folder created, called Junk E-mail1. I believe what happened is
that the Exchange antispam saw that there was a folder with the name
Junk E-mail, so it created another one. The problem is, we recently
installed Cloudmark to add a second layer of spam protection, but now
those users have two spam folders, Junk E-mail and Junk E-mail1. Where
can I change the spam folder for the Exchange based spam system?

Thanks,
Erick
