I'm planning an Exchange 2000 upgrade to 2003. Have only 1 exchange server but do not want to do the in place upgrade ( just seams cleaner on to do swing than in place). My question is when doing a swing method I will be moving mailboxes from one server to another, how does this affect single instance storage? I know if I were to use Exmerge that I would loose SIS on the new server for the moved mail.
