Hi Guys, Its actually a proliant 3000 server. I believe that the OS and logs are mirrored disks, and the database is a RAID5 configuration.
It hasn't rebooted all week. I cranked up logging of a lot of things, and have been keeping an eye on task manager to see if anything is locking up the CPU etc.. I have noticed something interesting though, and I will start a new thread because it is a seperate issue. Basically one of our users is revieving an absolutle mountain of 2027 events in the log (these are messages with the same GUID, which get ignored..) sometimes there are 5 in the same second, sometimes they are seconds apart, and sometimes there are none for a while. I will start a new thread I think, and see if anyone can help figure out whats happening.
