Any chance there is some sort of Outlook rule going on that would
auto-forward between the two companies? That wouldn't be immediately visible
on the server, but if you get a workstation and log on as that user (or with
your network admin ID) and set up Outlook for that user, you should be able
to see any rules the user has on the server.
