I've used Discovery Attender for a discovery task for a client, about 6 months ago. We used it to search both a particular 5.5 store and a whole bunch of PSTs for a combination of keywords, and for certain file attachments.
It basically works, and allowed us to get the evidence the lawyers wanted. It was cheaper than some of its competitors. Certain parts of its interface were a little clunky, and could do with tidying up a bit. Having said that it's easy enough to get results from it, the learning curve isn't great, it's all fairly intuitive. It's a little slow being MAPI-based, but the advantage is that it is Exchange-version-unspecific. For small to medium scale discovery needs, you could do a lot worse. Like ones that contain key words and such. I'm hoping it can look through the database. I found Discovery Attender from Sherpa Software. Anyone used it? Other products?
