Just a note to warn others: over the weekend, I'd done critical updates on my principal Exchange mailbox server (back-end), and Monday morning, my OWA no longer worked. Users could log in, but got garbage on the screen. I finally figured out it's because I'd applied BOTH critical hotfixes (916803 and 911829) to the back-end servers, but had accidentally overlooked 911829 on my front-end server.
