There are a couple of ways, pick one person's mailbox to host it and
share it from their by adding permissions for author or publishing
author etc.  Then from the second account open the shared contact
folder.

Or alternatively, you can use a public folder setting permissions
similarly.  This option is probably more flexible than the above option
as if someone leaves you don't have to recreate everything or move it
etc.

Is there a way to share a second Contacts folder where both people's
updates will be reflected? Could/Should I use a public folder for this?
