Ok, then I guess the correct question is - I have a user that has left the company (account is still active) I need to copy their email, contact, etc. over to the account of their replacement. What is the best way to accomplish this? Administrator is logged in and setup in outlook. Trying to open other users mailboxes but am unable. Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location If I need to change permissions to give an Admin full rights over users mailboxes as well, where or how is that done.
