You may want to re-consider you timeout option time. I lowered mine ( Expiration Timeout = 12 Hours, reason being, most maintenance & outages are never over 8 hours with time zone allowance ) , because a lot of our e-mail is time sensitive and users are so ignore about what happens out on the internet. Most of the time, it's not our fault on a delivery issue, but it's mine to find and fix or notify.
