All, We have an E2K3 Cluster as our backend server and an OWA sitting in the DMZ. Everything works fine but one thing I'm noticing is that there is mail queued up going from the backend to the FE in the DMZ.
Now we have port 25 open between the two but we have it open for the logical IP address of the BE server to the DMZ. Do we need to open port 25 on the FW for the actual physical addresses? Is that why mail is queueing up trying to contact the FE server in the DMZ? TIA, John B. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
