Hi, thanks for this but I'm not sure this does exactly what I want as the masqueraded reply to address that the customers see are another domain within another company.
Let me explain the situation in detail, basically a company gets support requests at a particular email address and these emails are forwarded onto two different mailboxes on our servers and we answer the support requests on there behalf. When we answer the support requests the customer must not know it was us who is responding and the email address they receive from the two mailboxes at our end must be the email address of the company we are handling support requests for.
