Based on your other replies, this is probably unrelated. What I was suggesting was to go to her client that she has Outlook on, click Start, Settings, Control Panel... find the stored usernames and passwords applet. Then add an entry for your mail server with her domain\logonname and password. See if that helps.

Alex -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Exchange Discussions Subject: re: Pesky Public Folders problem I have a couple users that can't see some public folders too. Just last week I stumbled across their control panel's stored passwords having something to do with it. When they create a stored password for the exchange.my.domain with their credentials, they can see them. Maybe this is your case too? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Exchange Discussions Subject: re: Pesky Public Folders problem I have a user who is unable to view a particular calendar folder on the Public Folders. Everyone else can view this public calendar just fine. It's not a permissions issue: she is the designated owner of the folder. The folder doesn't even show in the list of folders for her. It is not a problem with her outlook profile either. I've deleted and recreated her profile on multiple workstations (we do not use roaming profiles). It's the same issue with OWA and removing and adding her account to the folder didn't resolve the problem. We run Exch2K3 with Outlook 2K3 clients. She was able to view the folder just fine up until a couple of weeks ago. She is not aware of any change on her end that could have made a difference and we made no changes to the folder or her AD profile. Our AD runs in 2003 native mode and we currently only have one Exch box.
