A mail-enabled universal security group would be correct, yes. Use Exchange Tasks to mail-enable the group if it is not already mail-enabled.

The problem is when I go to edit the folder from outlook it does not give me the permissions tab where I can go and edit the perms for the folder.=20 Is the USG group the correct group to create for managing permission of the Public Folders.
