Look up how to use DCOMCNFG.  We had a simular problem using Microsoft
apps from a service.  I noticed it applied to IIS apps as well.

I need some help on a client/server applications. I have an applications
that use COM+ and I been try to find a utility to check permission. When
I use internet explorer to open the page I get Run-time error '70'
Permission Denied" I have try looking making all the security change on
the server in component services but I can open the browser on the
server and run the applications just fine. I must be missing something.
Any recommendation is greatly appreciative.
