Subject: Reporting-MTA Errors on Outgoing Mail

Exchange server 2000 Sp3

We don't host our own mail, we have recipient policies that point to our
ISP, web host company. I spoke with the ISP to setup a PTR record that
points to mail.ourcompany.com. We are still getting MTA Errors. I check
the advance settings in SMTP Delivery setting and it is pointing to
ourcompany.local, do I need to chage that to mail.ourcompany.local.

Thanks
