Hello, we are running Exchange 2003, with front end SMTP spam/virus checker. Two of our executives seem to be having this occasional problem. They are sending emails into the company from an outside POP account (one is optonline, the other is tiac.) They are saying that occasionally when they send an email from these accounts, the recipient (within the company) gets the email but the body is stripped out. Our spam/virus checker (GFI) only deletes the entire email if it has a virus or marks it as spam if its spam. It under no circumstances deleted only the body.
Has anyone seen this type of behavior, or does anyone know what would cause this?
