I thought you said you had problem with only 1 domain.
As Ed and Curt pointed out, you should check your SMTP logs.

But in the meantime, seems to me the first error message with SMTP
status code of 5.7.1, most likely is caused by their secondary server
that either has its SMTP port closed (no SMTP service is running on it)
or is being blocked by the firewall.

The second one, from what I've checked, could be due to the fact that
they have duplicate MX records (same hostname, same IP address). 
This means your server is perhaps trying to deliver email to the same IP
address more than once and is getting confused.

In both cases, I believe the problem is on their end, not yours.

Exchange uses DNS to route. If it's trying a lower preferenced MX record
there is a reason. The first pace to look for a problem is "SURPRISE"
the SMTP PROTOCOL LOGS. If there is no entry for the primary then you
