Hmmm...I no longer work at iNNERHOST, otherwise I would recommend that. And iNNERHOST no longer exists anyway. It was acquired by Interland, which I think also no longer exists.
I think one of the best hosting companies out there is ORCSWeb.com, but I am not sure if they host Exchange. Check ActiveServe.com I am not sure if MEssageOne.com does hosting or Business Continuity only.
