Do their reminders work in OWA? Do their reminders work if they're set up on other machines? Just a WAG: they may have Outlook problems and may need to wipe it out and reinstall Outlook or even Office.

I looked this up on Eventid.net but none of the solutions apply to me- no virus scanning of M: drive or Exchsrvr dir. I can export the calaender to a pst with no errors and recreating the profile doesnt help.
