Can someone please explain where I should look to fix this error
message. Is it a client-side problem? I think the user is on a Mac:

I tried to telnet to port 25 of the domain's MX record but got this
and this what happened when i tried to type "HELO":

Is it a simple unknown recipient or is the recipient's mail server messed up?
