Anyone using an RBL as the sole indicator of acceptance or denial of a
message is a moron IMO. 

Microsoft's new Exchange Hosted Service ForeFront does and maintains
their own internal RBL with no public interface to request removal.
Instead you get to call their "support" folks who are <censored> and are
thus less helpful than a monkey who had been strategically shaved to
resemble a support representative responsible for the primary inbound
mail flow for an organization. Then 3 days later they send you a generic
e-mail with <censored> "suggestions" for sender remediation which have
no bearing on the information you provided them in the first place.
